This course discusses brain injuries, specifically community reintegration of TBI patients and common challenges when returning to work.

  1. Identify and explain four treatment models for community reintegration of TBI patients

  2. Recognize the roles of cognitive and vocational rehabilitation for individuals with ABI and explain issues related to individuals from minority backgrounds

  3. Appraise cognitive rehabilitation after blast injury and polytrauma

  4. Describe and discuss the common physical sequelae that affect return to work after traumatic brain injury
